Admittance

Only one person may enter event per ticket.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to attend the concert?

Only a valid college photo ID is required if STUDENT PASS is being submitted for entrance. There is no age limit to enter the concert, however, children 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult.

Will seats be assigned?

This is a BYOS (Bring Your Own Seating) event.

What time do the doors open?

Gates will open at 11AM. We encourage you to arrive early. Seating space is first come, first seated. Due to fire and safety regulations, once we reach maximum capacity for the venue, we're unable to allow additional entrants (even if you have a ticket).

The Spiritual Gifts Tour should be as considered a rain or shine event. 

Ticket is for Spiritual Gifts Tour, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket."Management" means Mathis 3 Entertainment, LLC, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to Management's use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

• Portable/collapsible chair (individual seat only; no double-wide or connecting chairs)
• Baby Strollers
• Backpacks (Standard school sized. No frames or camping gear.)
• Binoculars
• Blankets
• Cameras – only non-professional point & shoot cameras will be allowed. Hand-held Go-pro cameras are allowed without attachments including sticks, selfie sticks, tripods, headgear, etc.
• Umbrellas (Hand-held; no bigger than 42” when open)

Items Prohibited

• Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products
• Audio recording equipment
• Coolers of any kind. *Exceptions may be made for medical use
• Drones or any other remote flying device
• Framed backpacks
• Hammocks
• Glass containers of any kind
• Illegal drugs
• Non-collapsible chairs
• Outside food or beverage of any kind
• Pets (except service animals)
• Professional radios or walkie-talkies
• Selfie sticks
• Professional video equipment
• Professional cameras and attachments including detachable zoom lenses, flashes, tripods monopods, etc. 
• Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles
• Smoking is not allowed 
• Tents, canopies or shade structures of any kind
• Unauthorized materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, samples, etc. 
• Weapons or explosives of any kind.
